ONE DAY ONLY AT McKECKS & MIDNIGHT MADNESS !!!
It all happen's in Haliburton, Ontario. It's a funfraiser for the Haliburton Fish Hatchery (operated by volunteers of the Haliburton Highlands Outdoor Association) as well as a number of community groups, who need 'all' our help.
Money raised for the Haliburton Fish Hatchery will go towards much needed roof repairs and facility upgrades. The hatchery (HHOA) does wonderful work, raising over half a million fish to keep our lakes stocked as well as improve spawning beds, shorelines and keep our boat launches clean.
Most people don't know that they help to raise and protect, 'THE HALIBURTON GOLD', which is a trout only found in Haliburton County. The hatchery also raises other strains of trout and the area favourite - walleye ! So we're calling on all fishermen and all those that enjoy the benifits of their 1000's of hours of volunteer work, come out and show your support. Help them help us !!
